Launch, pre-orders and stuff.

So the game is out, with the usual problems that come with a MMO-launch; servers going up and down, people getting frustrated, etc. What pisses me of is that my Pre-Order didn't work. My Account ID is 6298 but due to the excessive refreshing (because the Pre-Order site got leaked. Beta Testers were supposed to get a 2 hour headstart) I wasn't able to get a copy of the game before pre-orders were sold out. Well just fantastic. Now we just need to wait for more sales to come up.

Character Creation.

It's funny how much time people use in the Character creation section. I understand that it might be cool to have a good looking character in a single-player game, but I don't see the point in MMO's. In the end, you're not the one looking at your character's face, the enemy is. You're not the one having to remember what you look like, you're staring at your character's neck.

There seems to be a video on YouTube about the Alfar's Character Creation. There seems to be plenty of alternatives for different kinds of faces, yet people seem to be dissapointed. Oh how the aesthetics rule the world nowadays. Oh wait.. I think they've done that since the beginning of time.

"Open" beta on 22nd! They called it a trial, though.. But in reality it's BETA BETA BETA BETA.

Well, Open Beta 22 January.. Release 25th of February.

6days 7 hours 12minutes left, says the countdown timer. Though, that is until the day switches to Thursday 22nd 2009.
I have my doubts about the release on the 22nd. Tasos has been saying that they will release on the 22nd, and I will believe that untill they state otherwise, though.

Sooo..

Soo.. now it's a bit over 7 days left..
Since it's not releasing (atleast not likely) on 22nd 00:01, I guess we're at 7 days 15 hours left 'till release.

That is if it releases on the 22nd..
